A compliance system built for an audit stops moving the day the audit is over. Ours doesn't. This chapter is a rolling record of what has landed in the last fortnight — new documents, updates to live ones, tools launched, findings closed. Refreshed weekly. Shell always sees the latest without asking.
Every entry below landed between 27 March and 10 April 2026 — the fortnight running into the Shell on-site visit. Chronological, newest first. Three entries are flagged as milestones where the work closed out a whole block of the programme rather than a single deliverable.
A story of velocity, not volume. Not every document that moved is here — this is the story of the work, grouped by week, with the milestones marked. For the full register, see Chapter 07 · Documents.
The final gap-closure sprint before the Libero Stage 1 submission and the Shell on-site visit. 45001 clauses all green, the LMS went live, the supplier ecosystem pulled together.

Every clause now has a live procedure.
