The full Seagull Maritime document register — every policy, procedure, SOP, risk assessment, register, form and report that sits inside the integrated management system. Searchable. Filterable. Seventy-two items are live to download right here on the portal — every approved policy, procedure, SOP, annex, risk assessment and BRAG. The rest are available on request.
Every document Seagull produces now lives in a single integrated management system, indexed under a standard reference scheme — SM/[System]/[Type]/[Seq]. The System code isn't a separate management system — it's one of eight document category codes that sit inside the one integrated MS, telling you which discipline owns the document (HSE, SEC, QMS, INT, OPS, CAM, TRG, OFF). Type codes tell you what kind of document it is (POL, PRO, SOP, RA, REG, FORM, RPT, DOC and so on). Sequence numbers are flat inside each system and run chronologically.
The register below is rendered live from SM/INT/REG/001 v2.0. Use the search bar to hunt by title or reference. Use the system and category filters to narrow it down. Documents with a yellow Open button next to them are hosted directly on this portal — click to download. The rest are available on request through Darren as Group Compliance Director.
Our live registers (NCRs, Reconciliation Matrix, Objectives, Training Matrix, Legal Register, Interested Parties, Change Requests, Work Programme) are deliberately not linked here — they're working documents that move daily, and we'd rather not pin a snapshot that could be a week stale by the time you open it. Every one of them is available on request or during the audit itself, walked through by the owner.
SM/INT/REG/001 v2.0 — the spreadsheet the data on this page is rendered from. Eight tabs (policies, procedures, RAs, registers, reports, forms, HR, general), plus dashboard, legacy mapping and sequence tracker.

This chapter is the final piece of the Shell audit journey. If there is a Seagull document referenced anywhere else in the audit — Chapter 05's finding closures, Chapter 06's programme rows, the timeline phases — it lives in the register on this page. One hundred and forty-eight documents, one living system. Thank you for walking through it with us.
